Intranet Consultant on Call Service

Intranet Consultant on Call (ICC) was launched in December 2010. The service  is currently offered to managers with intranet responsibilities working for organisations in the USA as a joint venture with Communitelligence.  The ICC service enables these managers to set up regular telephone/VoIP conversations with Martin White to discuss issues such as:

  • What should our strategy be towards migrating to SharePoint 2010?
  • How could we deliver greater value to the organisation?
  • Is our governance structure appropriate to the challenges we face?
  • Are we monitoring user satisfaction in the right way?
  • Have we missed anything in our business plan for 2011/2012?
  • What can we learn from other organisations about social media adoption?
  • What strategy should we take towards providing smart phone access to our intranet?

Shortly after the end of each session you will received a summary of the conversation, together with links to resources and other information mentioned in the conversation.  Of course other members of your team can take part as well.

The service package will be tailored to your specific requirements. You may wish to set up a quarterly progress review meeting, or have a series of meetings in a short period of time to shape up a strategy paper. The service will be available from 8am EST to 5pm EST.

As well as the advice hot-line ICC members will be able to take advantage of a range of discounted services specifically of value to intranet managers.
